A seven note scale (c c# d# f f# g# a#) over separate octaves. Some notes repeat in the same octave, but are slightly different samples. Each note starts on the grid of 100bpm. Recorded the samples a few years ago. From memory the original sounds are sections of acoustic guitar notes, manipulated, pitched and fx added.
In response to a requests by plagasul in the freesound forums, me reading a piece composed by jaume ferrete i saved as "i am". You'll have to check with him on how the text was concocted.
There was a big storm in my city and i opened the windows to feel the draught. I nearly closed my door. I left a little bit space only and i recorded the sound of this little space:).
The end of a lead synth i made in ableton as part of my track "venture". The rise in pitch at the end is quite nice, i think. Hear it in the track here:http://youtu. Be/cncgyp7ta0y?t=1m43s.
This is a "clap" that i recorded very roughly simply by tapping my fingernail on a ceramic radiator (yes, it did hurt a little bit)it sounds very lo fi and organic, and there is a slight metallic resonance to it.
I say "ofishal in the mix" in a deep voice. The vocal sample is a response to the sample request "simple samples" by dj ofishal. Have fun with it! :).
